What's Good For Your Health? Great Music & Natural Food - May 17,2013

Ron Gallucci has been in the music industry for 24 years.He joined the New Wave band, The Kick, which consisted of seasoned and experienced musicians affording him the opportunity to play before large crowds in top clubs in W VA and Western PA. HIs next step was joining the Hard Rock band, Inside Out, who released two CD's, Inside Out and Reasons. Gaining momentum and popularity Inside Out opened for bands such as Kansas, 38 Special and Jackyl. Ron left the band to write and record original compositions and joined the club scene again playing with the band, Ribbon Grass. Today, Ron writes and records from his home studio and released Strange Days in 2011 and Dizzyland in 2012. Crescent Dragonwagon, the James Beard Award-winning author of seven cookbooks, believes that “no one eats alone.” Her sense of food as a window to understanding life on many levels from historical and psychological to economic, environmental, and spiritual permeates her writing, including her books Bean by Bean, Passionate Vegetarian and The Cornbread Gospels. Shes appeared on Good Morning America, Today, CNN and TVFN, while NPR listeners know her from On Point with Tom Ashbrook, Micheal Feldmans Whaddya Know? and Lynne Rosetta Kaspars Splendid Table. For more than a decade, journalist and chef Kim O'Donnel has dispensed cooking advice at numerous publications, including The Washington Post, Culinate and USA Today. Kim is the author of The Meat Lover's Meatless Cookbook and most recently, The Meat Lover's Meatless Celebrations.
